The Board of Directors are elected to serve three year terms to govern the not-for-profit 501C corporation. The Directors are nominated from all constituency groups - state employees, unions, University faculty and staff, community at large and parents.
The officers of the CCC, Inc are elected on an annual basis from the members of the Board of Directors.

Wendy Delehanty, Treasurer
Carol Perrin, Asst. Treasurer
